We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Chore Champion you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order.
Every paid plan also starts with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. Visit paddle.net to look up your order and request a refund, or email us at support@chorecrew.app and we will help you.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
