We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Chore Champ you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order.
Every paid plan also starts with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled through Stripe. You can request a refund by emailing us at hello@synaplisupport.com and we will process it for you, or manage it directly through your Stripe billing portal.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
